Don’t Miss A Moment Of Our Adventures To Glacier National Park and the Canadian Rockies

The Trip
Glad you decided to join us on our newest adventure. 2024 was a year to stay at home and navigate the couch. It wasn’t fun but the couch was comfy and Lucca enjoyed my full time attention.
In 2023 we visited the Canadian Maritimes. What an amazing trip that was. You can still read the Maritimes blog until July 29. That’s the date we depart for our new trip and begin our exciting new blog. We return on September 30.
That’s a lot of blogging. Yes it is. I’m going to try very hard to share our adventures. Be patient, internet issues, too much fun and/or wine can interfere with on-time blogging.
Where are Charlotte and Pam going this time? We are headed northwest to Glacier National Park and the Canadian Rockies. We began planning for this trip in early 2024 and we look forward to removing ourselves from the Florida heat. Thanks for coming along with us.
The Trailer
It’s almost 4 years now and we still have our Lance Travel Trailer. It has taken us to the Canadian Maritimes and the wild wild west.
You may recall that we had a few trailer issues on both of those trips but we feel confident that all the major equipment that could break has already pooped out and been replaced or repaired. I can’t believe I said that. Anyhow, fingers crossed. Yours too, I hope.
We do have some new upgrades to our trailer. Pam has a nice comfy recliner and we have a beautiful new cabinet in place of the uncomfortable couch that we used as a visual closet. We also have a new induction hot plate that will boil a pot of water faster than the 30 minutes it takes on the propane range.
We have made travel trailer a place to enjoy on these long adventures. It’s the simple things that make a trailer a home.
The Truck
The big honkin’ gas powered GMC 2500 Denali is a beast on the road. It easily pulled our camper through the Rockies and we look forward to our drive through the Canadian Rockies.
Having a truck and trailer design has been much easier for us than driving a motorhome and pulling a vehicle behind us. There are so many reasons we enjoy the big honkin’ truck more.
Pam had the oil changed and we have some beautiful new tires. They say tires ain’t pretty but I can tell you the old tires are ugly and scary.
Truck is ready, trailer is ready. Come along.
